Submitting a notice
Send notices to [email protected] [or a dedicated copyright agent address] including: identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the material claimed to be infringing and where it is located; your contact details; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised; a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act for the rights holder; and your physical or electronic signature.
