Your legal rights come first
If you are a consumer, the law of the country where you live may give you rights to cancel a contract or to get a refund, for example a right to withdraw from an online purchase within a set period, or remedies when a service does not work as described. This policy explains how we handle cancellations and refunds in practice. It adds to those rights and never replaces or reduces them.
Before you pay
Placing an order does not take any payment. You can cancel an unpaid order at any time, free of charge, by replying to the order email or opening a support ticket.
After you pay, before activation
If you change your mind after paying but before your subscription is activated, contact us straight away. As the service has not started, we cancel the order and refund the amount you paid.
After activation
Your subscription starts when we activate it and send your access details. If you have a legal right to withdraw from the contract after it has started, we apply it: in that case we may deduct a proportionate amount for the period of service already provided where the law allows this.
If the service does not work and our support team cannot fix the problem, tell us promptly after you notice the problem. We will investigate and, if the problem is on our side, refund you in full or in proportion to the unused part of your term.
We do not refund for problems caused by your own device, app, internet connection or local restrictions, or for a change of mind after activation where no legal right to withdraw applies. Our support team will still help you with setup and troubleshooting.
How to ask for a refund
We reply by email with our decision. Approved refunds are sent back using the payment method you used, wherever possible.
- Email [email protected] or open a support ticket at https://iptvmovies.net/support.
- Include your order number (for example IPM-10001) and the email address used for the order.
- Tell us why you are asking and, for a technical problem, which device and app you use.
Payment disputes
If something is wrong with a payment, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider. Most problems can be fixed quickly once we know about them.
