Install on MAG & set-top boxes

MAG and compatible STB devices

What you need

  • Your box's MAC address (on the sticker underneath)
  • Your welcome email with the portal URL

    Send us your MAC address

    Include your device's MAC address in your order notes or a support message so it can be linked to your subscription.

    Open portal settings

    On the box go to Settings → System settings → Servers → Portals.

    Enter the portal URL

    Enter the portal URL from your welcome email, save, and restart the box.

  4. 4

    Load channels and guide

    Allow the app a moment to download the channel list and programme guide (EPG). The first load can take a few minutes on slower connections.

Tips

  • Double-check the MAC address: a single wrong character prevents activation.
