Install on Smart TV

Samsung (Tizen), LG (webOS), Hisense, Philips

What you need

  • TV connected to the internet
  • Access to your TV's app store
  • Your welcome email with login details

    Open your TV's app store

    On Samsung use Apps, on LG use LG Content Store. Search for an IPTV player that supports Xtream Codes or M3U playlists.

    Install the player app

    Install the app and open it. Some apps show a device ID or MAC address that you may need when activating the player itself.

    Enter your login details

    Open the player app and choose the login type that matches your welcome email (Xtream Codes API or M3U playlist URL). Copy the server URL, username and password exactly as provided — they are case-sensitive.

    Load channels and guide

    Allow the app a moment to download the channel list and programme guide (EPG). The first load can take a few minutes on slower connections.

Tips

  • Use an Ethernet cable if the TV is far from your router.
  • Restart the TV after installing if the app does not appear.
